Unfortunately at this point in time we are not able to offer international shipping due to the fragile nature of our ceramics.

Returns

Return for Broken Ceramics

In the rare case of your ceramic piece breaking during transit, please contact studiokaity@gmail.com and make sure to include photographic proof of the breakages. We will happily pay for return postage of your order and refund you the full amount of your purchase, as in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Character marks, such as minor separations in the internal porcelain slip, shown in the photos of the products do not constitute breakages as they are innate parts of the unique design and do not affect the pieces functionality.

If you are purchasing a piece from a second sale, be sure to note any character marks or minor cosmetic flaws listed in the product description. These features will never affect the functionality of the piece.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
